The Interplay of the Community and the Self
Participants will explore the dynamic interplay between individual identity, group dynamics, and societal reflection through the lens of the Therapeutic Spiral Model (TSM). Using a strength-based psychodrama approach, we will uncover and amplify personal and collective strengths to promote healing and transformation.
Through guided action methods, participants will:
Identify their strengths and how these contribute to their roles within society.
Engage in psychodramatic enactments to explore how strengths can address societal challenges and foster healing.
Reflect on how individual and group strengths can create ripple effects for positive change in society.
This workshop offers a safe and creative space to connect with your inner resources, engage with others, and envision a healed and empowered reflection of society. Suitable for those curious about psychodrama, trauma-informed practices, and strength-based approaches to personal and collective growth.

Therapeutic Spiral Model - Making Friends with Defenses - Zoom-Online
You will learn and experience:
Connect with the group by exploring both our strengths and vulnerabilities, and awakening the Observing Ego or the compassionate witness that sees us without shame or blame.
Use psychodrama to explore defenses with care, reconnecting with the Observing Ego, Compassionate Witness, the Manager of Defense (MD), and a chosen defense, while also integrating prescriptive and transformative roles.
Without revisiting deep trauma, learn to rewrite the role of the MD, strengthen the Manager of Healthy Functioning, and close the session by carrying forward the gifts and insights discovered.

PlayMTTRS™ •Activating Your 12 Spiritual Powers
PlayMTTRS: Awakening Your 12 Spiritual Powers is a 2-hour experiential journey where participants engage with the 12 Spiritual Powers of humankind through embodied play, storytelling, and reflective practice. Blending insights from the Awakened Brain (our innate spiritual docking station) with PlayMTTRS methods, this session helps individuals explore both the light and shadow aspects of their inner powers, navigate disruption with resilience, and return to their Autonomous Healing Center to affirm: “At the center of the spiral, I am already whole.”

TSM - The Brain In Action: Neurobiology of Trauma, Tarnova, Bulgaria
Objectives – Participants will be able to:
Describe the most recent research on the brain and attachment as affected by trauma.
Explain why experiential treatment is the treatment of choice for trauma and other stress related disorders, including addictions and eating disorders.
Demonstrate the structures and processes of both the healthy and traumatized brain shown through the Brain in Action.
Perform the TSM Body Double clinical action intervention.
Describe how they will apply learning from this workshop in their professional setting(s).
