You will learn and experience:

• Connect with the group by exploring both our strengths and vulnerabilities, and awakening the Observing Ego or the compassionate witness that sees us without shame or blame.

• Use psychodrama to explore defenses with care, reconnecting with the Observing Ego, Compassionate Witness, the Manager of Defense (MD), and a chosen defense, while also integrating prescriptive and transformative roles.

• Without revisiting deep trauma, learn to rewrite the role of the MD, strengthen the Manager of Healthy Functioning, and close the session by carrying forward the gifts and insights discovered.
